3/5 stars

Should use serif font

Looks like a nice collection of Poe's works. One minor but annoying detail: there is apparently no way to change the font that the books are presented in. A sans serif font may look nice initially, but it's hard on the eyes for reading after a little while.

4/5 stars

I Must Not Only Praise...

But praise with impunity. I am a life-long Poe pusher, having read several of his best to my wife, kids, friends, just about anyone willing to listen (or at least unable to escape). The iPad made it easier to read in a darkened room (pace, Kindle), and this app makes it more fun. I love the design and smooth scrolling option, as opposed to the iBooks / Gutenberg version. Yes, it would be nice to change the font in addition to the font size, which is why I rate this 4 stars- for now! 99 cents? Yeah, it's worth that. :)
